Author Guidelines

Minty Publishers is a publisher of peer-reviewed scientific research and offers immediate free access to articles.

Gets Started - Processing Format

Thank you for your interest in submitting an article! To ensure a smooth review and publication process, please adhere to the following guidelines:

1. Manuscript Formatting

• File format: Submit your manuscript in .doc, .docx, or .rtf format.
• Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt.
• Spacing: Double-spaced.
• Margins: 1 inch on all sides.
• Page numbers: Bottom right corner of each page.

2. Article Structure

Your submission should typically include:

• Title
• Author(s) name(s) and affiliation(s)
• Abstract (150–250 words)
• Keywords (4–6 relevant terms)
• Main body (with clear section headings)
• References (APA/MLA/Chicago – specify style required)
• Acknowledgments (if applicable)
• Author bio(s) (100–150 words)

3. Word Count

• Short articles: 800–1,200 words
• Feature articles: 1,500–3,000 words
• Research papers: 3,000–7,000 words

(Word count may vary depending on your publication’s specific needs.)

4. Figures, Tables & Images

• All visuals must be high resolution.
• Include a caption for each figure or table.
• Indicate placement of figures/tables within the text.
• If not original, ensure you have the proper permissions or cite the source.

5. Plagiarism Policy

All submissions must be original and unpublished. Articles will be screened for plagiarism. Submissions found to violate this policy will be rejected.

6. Submission Process

• Email your manuscript to: editor@journalserapublications.com
• Subject line: “Article Submission – [Your Article Title]”
• Include a short cover letter introducing your work

7. Peer Review

• Submissions undergo editorial review and/or peer review.
• Authors will be notified of acceptance, revisions required, or rejection within 4–6 weeks.

8. Copyright & Licensing

• Authors retain copyright but grant the publication non-exclusive rights.
• Indicate if you would like the article published under a Creative Commons license.

9. Revisions & Proofs

• If accepted, authors will receive a proof for final approval.
• Minor editorial changes may be made for clarity or formatting.
